"Public House incorporating a number of former dwellings. Probably C18 but may have older core; later additions and alterations. Rubble, part lime-washed and part stuccoed. Graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 10 bays overall. Left-hand door with sash to either side and garage doors to far left; central door with narrow sash to either side; right-hand door with sash to right and store door set back on far right. All doors plank; middle 3 doors in corniced doorcases. 9 sashes to 1st floor. All sashes have glazing bars. Stone coping and kneeler to south end; stone mid and end chimneys."
