"Drinking fountain. Dated 1891. Dressed slate with ashlar dressings. Crow-stepped gable over elliptical-arched recess with impost band taken round recess. Trough has rounded angles. Datestone above impost has initials AJRA. Stone below impost reads "IN MEMORY OF HAPPY DAYS". To right, a short wall and end pier with stone bench."
