"Friends' Meeting House now private house. Inscribed over entrance JOHN BARN GAVE 40L TO BUILD THIS HOUSE 1711; WITH C20 restoration. Painted roughcast walls, under rebuilt graduated greenslate roof with C20 roof lights; brick chimney stack. Single storey, 3 bays with integral former stable. C20 door in original stone surround and C20 casement windows in 2-light stone-mullioned frames. Further left C20 door. Rear has slated C20 porch and similar 2-light windows. Former stable now with garage doors. See D.M. Butler, Quaker Meeting Houses of the Lake Counties, 1978, pp57-60."

"Friends' burial ground wall now garden wall. Dated 1693 over entrance. Limestone rubble. Low wall with irregular rubble coping and side plank door, enclosing garden on 3 sides and joining with Meeting House on 4th side. Walls other than roadside wall are in poor state of repair. Listed for group value with Friends' Meeting House."
