| hearsay:- |
A favourite place for rolling pasche eggs. |
|
| Pasche eggs are made by boiling a hen's egg wrapped up with gorse and primrose flowers,
leaves of daffodils, coffee beans, and so on. The hard boiled egg comes out wonderfully
coloured; warm butter rubbed into the shell gives it a shine. |
