Wing at right angles once was stables and coachmen's rooms, with doors below and sash windows above. Smithy Brow facade has 5 sash windows on ground floor and 7 above (12-paned). The Golden Rule Hotel, The Old House North View and Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group with North Syke, North Road, Nos 1 to 4 (consec).Kirkstone Foot Cottage, Cottage adjoining and Springwell Cottage, Tom Fold and The Haven, The Green." |
