| The same conglomerate and flags as at trail point 10 are exposed here but in the opposite
order; conglomerate upstream, brathay flags downstream, and more steeply bedded. There
is a syncline between the two viewpoints, the trough in the brathay flags filled with
conglomerate. |

| The brathay flags are said to have 'abundant' fossil graptolites. 15 minutes hard
looking in freshly eroded rocks failed to locate a graptolite. |
